They were so excited when the huge box arrived in our classroom. When we opened the light table station, each student was excited to go to stations so they could get a chance to play with the new table. \r\nWe are using our light table as a fine motor table during station time. I plan on using the table for math with our clear sorting trays and manipulatives for counting. I will also use the light table for literacy stations by having them build letters and using a sensory bin to search and find the letters with our light table manipulatives.\r\nOverall, this light table has been such a joy in our class. We are also able to launder the clothes of our younger students who may still have accidents as well as wash the extra clothes donated to our nurse's office for this exact purpose. Lastly, this has enabled us to wash the cloths that we use for the custodians, in the Science Lab, and in our ECSE/ABLE classrooms.\r\nYour generosity is very much appreciated and we are beyond grateful that you believed in our project!
