Because of your generosity, we'll have enough supplies to last through most of the year, if not all!\r\n\r\nStudents have also really enjoyed additions to the classroom Safe Space. When emotions get big, the fidgets have been helpful in calming students down. Inflatable seat cushions have helped in making them feel comfortable while resetting emotions. Students love the Safe Space so much they want to go even when they don't need to!\r\n\r\nNone of this would be possible were it not for your investment. Because if your kindness, over 500 students at Arthur Ashe Jr. ES now have access to brand new skin tones of colors to use for all their future artworks and classroom needs.\r\n\r\nOur students will learn and understand the important of positive color representation in the art room through a creative process using different 2D Art Materials.\r\n\r\nThis will address a single subject using a variety of artistic processes and will reflect upon those processes and will identify and appreciate stages of development in their works and in the works of others. This approach allows discoveries to be made which is part of the learning creative process for our students.
