These carts contain hygiene and other products that students need during the school day that they may not have with them or at home. This is a great way to give students items, so they don't have to take time from class to find them and also keeps their needs anonymous- if this is something they want.\r\n\r\nThe students were so happy and excited to see new boxes of items FOR THEM. It creates a feeling of joy amongst our student population. We plan to keep items like this stocked and ready to go for students to use when necessary. This is hopefully just the start. Their enthusiasm created a joyful moment and helped reinforce the connection between making positive choices and earning meaningful rewards. These resources have also been especially helpful for students who may need an extra snack during the school day.\r\n\r\nOur next step is to continue using the PBIS Store to encourage positive behavior, strong attendance, academic effort, and respectful interactions. Students are already working toward their next store visit and encouraging one another to earn more R.O.A.R. points. Hayes was very happy that she had clean pants to wear today after she soiled her pants.
