The snacks came in handy when mealtime wasn't optimal for them and they needed a little more energy to get going. When they first saw the snacks, my students were excited to have an assortment of snacks to choose from. My students looked forward to receiving their choice of a beef stick, fruit bar, cereal bar, Cheez Its, fruit snacks, or popcorn. The protein also helped ignite creativity in their assignments. The snacks helped my students to focus and complete their tasks.
