The materials selected will provide constant art projects for my students throughout the whole school year. That is a big deal!This being said, my students would love a chance to explore with oil pastels, as well as allowing each student to be able to chose other various mediums and even sizes of paper! It's very important to give my student's the chance to have say in their work, even their materials, for a sense of ownership. My students feel great independence when they are able to have their own sets, such as watercolors and colored pencils. I would love to be able to provide for them more than enough supplies so they do not have to wait and share to continue to create! My school's art program is very new, this is only the 2nd full year of having art full time, and it has shown tremendous successful, supplies is always needed and GREATLY appreciated.
