Day one with the new materials showed an immediate difference for my students from the bridging units. Students used the flexible seating in all classes. Many students were able to independently choose learning tools, cutting down on class distractions. I even had a student with autism self-calm using the tent. These items provided an appropriate environment for all of my students. Finally, the soft lighting had an immediate effect on the whole class.
