This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These calculators will help many of my students who struggle with calculating numbers solve multi-step math problems. The students understand the steps to the math problems and enjoy the challenges it brings. However, they fumble a bit with doing the calculations. Instead of focusing on the problem as a whole, they are struggling with the small calculations and throws them off.

These calculators with bring a sense of peace, confidence, and comfort in my students when faced with a multi-step math problem.

They can simply plug in these small calculations and not have to worry if they are doing that step correctly.
