My Project

This year we are working on being okay with ourselves. One approach to meet this standard is to practice yoga and meditation daily.

Yoga and meditation leads to positive student success in school.

With amazing channels on YouTube we are able to practice meditation and yoga on demand. We started this program this year and are in dire need for mats (yoga on the carpet- not so great!) However, my students are thriving with trying to find their zen in meditation and working on getting those energy bursts out with yoga! Please help support the comfort in being okay with who you are and what you need- yoga and meditation!
