My Project

Diversity is a privilege that my students get to experience every day. They have the opportunity to make friends of all different races, backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses. My students face several challenges both in and out of the classroom. Despite these challenges, my students still come to school with the desire to learn and grow as people.

A well organized and decorated classroom helps everyone stay focused!

The turn in trays will keep the science books organized for each class and make it easier to begin class quickly. I laminate most of my materials so that I can reuse them year after year. The expo markers and lined paper allow students to practice their math skills and write out what they need. The letters will let me decorate my classroom to make it more inviting. The pocket protectors will let me keep my binder organized in case I ever have a substitute.

Keeping my classroom organized allows me to focus more on my students and less on a messy classroom. This allows me to create better lesson plans and do more projects. My students also focus better when there are fewer distractions around and keeping my classroom organized helps there be fewer distractions.
