Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students vary in ability but all shine as amazing learners. Ranging in age from 3-5 years old, they are experiencing school for the very first time. My goal is to expose them to engaging experiences and stimulate their language and minds.

The sensory experiences with the light table, sensory bubble lamp, and sensory noodles will help open their eyes and minds to new adventures in my class.

My goal is for hands-on play to help them all reach their individual goals for expressive language, cognitive abilities, and social-emotional growth. Each activity will be student led and teacher supported.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
