This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our small AIS classroom is full of fun and learning! I love to use all kinds of manipulatives and tools to help my students really reach a deep understanding of mathematics. Using lots of different supplies can tend to get messy.

That is why we need new desk caddies to keep all of our supplies neat and readily available at our tables.

I also added a new chair for my teacher desk, because sitting in a kids chair (as I do most of the day), can really be uncomfortable after a long day of teaching.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
