This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Winter is on it's way to Chicago! Many of the families at my school are struggling. They do not have money to afford winter jackets for their kids.

Winter jackets are a necessity in Chicago during the winter.

Our school is still helping provide our families with support during these difficult times. Our students need to have warm jackets to protect them from our harsh winters here. The majority of my students are wearing spring time jackets or hooded sweaters for jackets, and the rest of them have major issues with the old jackets they are wearing. Please help fund my project to be able to provide some winter jackets to middle school students in need at my school.
