Help me give my students twelve active seating wiggle stools to give them a constructive outlet for movement while mastering their learning goals.

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our K-5 resource classroom is a bustling, high-energy environment where resilient learners with diverse needs come to grow. Traditional classroom chairs force these active students to sit completely still, which frequently leads to restlessness, frustration, and a total loss of academic focus. We want our students to have a reliable alternative to constantly getting out of their seats and being restless throughout our lessons. Making sure these students are physically comfortable in the classroom is an essential component in motivating them to learn.

The products I have selected will completely transform our workspace by turning that distracting physical energy into academic success.

I am requesting twelve Storex wiggle stools—six in vibrant teal and six in cheerful yellow. Because these specific stools feature an adjustable 12-to-18-inch height mechanism, they are the ultimate tool for a multi-grade resource room. They allow me to seamlessly customize the seating for a tiny kindergartener and a growing fifth grader in the exact same workspace. The stools provide continuous, subtle motion that satisfies a student's vestibular system, allowing them to take necessary movement breaks as needed without disrupting the rest of the class.

Your generous donations to this project will directly improve my students' stamina and focus during intensive lessons. Instead of spending their mental energy fighting the natural urge to wiggle, they will finally have a safe, constructive outlet for movement right at their desks. This simple shift will allow them to remain deeply engaged, be less disruptive to their peers, and focus entirely on mastering their individual learning goals.
