Wiggle to Learn

Help me give my students room to wiggle. This set of wiggle chairs will be my first DonorsChoose project for flexible seating.

My Project

Flexible seating is a perfect solution for a successful learning environment for wiggly kindergarteners. Currently, I have only four wiggle chairs and two small rockers. Students are always rushing to see me in the morning to check them out for the day. I would love to add more wiggle chairs due to current needs.

This is my first Donors Choose project for flexible seating.

Currently, my students are choosing to work in a variety of locations in our room such as at tables, on a couch, under tables, or laying on the floor with a clipboard. These choices allow ownership of an individual learning style. Flexible seating allows a positive working environment while accomplishing academic goals.
