Wig Wagon: Where Goals Pay Off

My Project

As part of our Leader in Me program, students set monthly WIGs (Wildly Important Goals) and track their progress during LEAD time. When students meet their monthly goal, they earn a visit from the WIG Wagon—our prize wagon that rolls through the school on a bike each month! Students get to celebrate their hard work by choosing a reward, with options including treats, fidgets, school supplies, and other fun prizes. The WIG Wagon is a special way to recognize perseverance, responsibility, and the dedication students show as they work toward their goals.
