My Project

Whiteboards allow my students to collaborate, communicate, and practice scientific methods without having their grades penalized. They are used for modeling, data collection, and unit review.

Whiteboards allow my students the opportunity to see each others ideas and hold each other accountable.

They must communicate what goes on the board and how it will help others understand what they know. It makes them get up and move, look each other in the eyes, and explain their actions to me. I love to see them interacting and I love teaching them how to talk to adults.
