What's that Constellation? Will Be Something My Students Can Answer!

Help me give my students a visual way of learning the constellations with Planispheres and Celestial Sphere kits they will build.

My Project

My students come from diverse backgrounds but all are inquisitive by nature. Many questions this year have come from them wanting to learn more about space and our place in it (thank: Artemis mission and Project Hail Mary in theaters).

In the fall I am offering Astronomy for the first time in more than 5 years at my high school.

I hope to inspire future astronomers in my classes. I know that I will have at least 2 full (30) classes next year and I can also use these Planispheres and Celestial Spheres kits in my Physics classes as well. They are both kits that are helpful for identifying which constellations are visible in the sky at different times of the year. Students will be able to use them to get familiar with constellation patterns and locations.
