My Project

One of the most important things we can do for our kids on the Autism Sprectrum is to give them the life skills needed to be self sufficient and successful as they grow. Being able to cook for themselves is a valuable skill that will last a lifetime.

Cooking is a wonderful learning tool in so many ways.

Not only is it a great life skill, it involves math (measuring) Science (ingredients working together) reading (recipes) and social skills.

These kitchen accessories are fundamental in teaching the kids to cook.
