This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our middle school music program needs chromatic tuners to help students develop pitch accuracy and improve their overall musicianship. Currently, our resources are limited, and not all students have access to the tools they need to tune their instruments effectively. Chromatic tuners are essential for teaching students how to tune brass, strings, woodwinds, and vocals, helping them refine their skills and perform in tune with others.

With your support, we aim to purchase 20 tuners for use in our band andorchestra classes.

This will allow every student to practice tuning accurately, improve their musical ear, and enhance their group performances.

Providing each student with a chromatic tuner will improve pitch accuracy. It will help students develop a better musical ear and tuning skills. It will foster better group performances by ensuring everyone is in tune.

Chromatic tuners are crucial for students to learn essential skills in music. They will help students feel more confident, improve their performances, and develop a love for music. With your donation, we can ensure that every student has the tools to succeed.
