We Need Math Manipulatives!

Help me give my students more support in math skill application with white boards, math games and resources to share their thinking!

My Project

Sometimes exposure to the math skill is not enough. Students need more hands on engaging activities such as game and white boards to allow them the space to share their math process to be able to explain their thinking.

My students are able to recall the math skill but need more time to reinforce skills by continued practice.

The white boards will be a nice addition for them to use on the go when practiving fact families in addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. The math splash games will be a fun way for them to engage in a small group and work on application of the four math operations. The grid paper will be a nice way to help student learn the importance of aligning their numbers by place value when adding and subtractng numbers when they are regrouping. The use and needs for it is endless.
