My Project

This year we started a new curriculum and my students are greatly enjoying all our new topics. I am looking to support my students learning with more hands on materials and books that go along with our new units.

First grade students learn best with hands on materials and real life connections.

The materials, rocks, minerals, fossil and related books will be used to support their explorations of geology and dinosaurs.

The students and I will use the chart paper to make anchor chart to support our learning. The students love using the chart paper to show what they know and it helps with building team building strategies.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
