My Project

I have a room full of energetic, enthusiastic second graders. As they become stronger and more independent readers, they start to look for more engaging and interesting books to read.

Being able to read a chapter book that is part of a book series is almost a right of passage.

My students who are able to make this move to reading a book series are so proud of themselves. They are reading a book a night, coming back the next day ready to show me that they are ready for the next book. I would love to add the series "Nate The Great" to my classroom library.
