My Project

Funny! Real! Emotional! Action Packed! These are just a few words my students have said as they have reviewed books that they have heard read aloud and that they have read themselves this year. My students have worked extremely hard this school year on developing their reading skills, and, in the process, they have developed a true love of reading.

I am looking to provide brand-new picture books and stories for my students to be able to read, discover, enjoy and experience.

The books I have selected for this project not only highlight some of their current favorite topics but also include interactive read-aloud experiences that allow them to see themselves in stories and experience different points of view.

Reading is an adventure that can take us anywhere. I am excited for my students to dive in and explore the world around them as they continue to grow their love of reading in a fun, engaging way!
