We Dance, We Breathe, With Purpose!

Help me give my students materials to build on their love of dance! We need exercise bands and yoga mats.

My Project

The resilient and new students at S.G. High School are rebuilding the dance program for the past two years!

The lessons I teach on strength, personal mindfulness, and increasing goals for dancing in college or just for joy need some assistance!

A class set of Yoga Blocks, Mats, and Inury prevention straps will help them achieve class and personal goals to their instrument.

We practice in trained “Restorative Circles” from 9th grade through 12th and it continues to develop a community of mentorship for mental health and personal goals!
