Our Students that can find focus through movement become more responsible academically! Teaching our youth to listen and respect their growing bodies increases mindfulness and success for their future! Help us find our " Namastayfocused" and jump into mindfulness/ character Education unit plans! As we navigate the Covid-19 Pandemic, remote teaching, hybrid teaching we have seen how incredibly resilient education can be. Why do my students need your help? They have spent so much time on a Chromebook to return to my new classroom that only has a roll down screen and a projector. They need more as do I to make them succesful! Please help us!
