This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

It is very important for the native English speakers in the classroom to have access to colorful books to help them read words and build their word knowledge in Spanish.

My goal this year is to boost the word power in our classroom by providing books in English and Spanish to motivate the children and ensure that they have books they like and motivate them to read and be actively engaged in their own learning.

I am very grateful for your support in providing the children with brand new books.
