My Project

In my role as a 4th-grade teacher, I am committed to creating a nurturing and supportive environment for all my students, especially those from Title I backgrounds. Recognizing the challenges they may face, I am humbly asking to provide each student with gloves and hats. This not only ensures their physical well-being during the colder months but also promotes a sense of inclusivity, where every child feels valued and cared for.

Additionally, understanding that hunger can hinder a student's ability to focus and learn, having snacks for the kids while they work ensures that each student has access to nutritious snacks throughout the day.

By addressing basic needs, I aim to create a conducive learning environment where all students, regardless of their economic background, can thrive academically.

Lastly, our class uses technology daily for engagement and differentiation in learning. Having headphones for each student, both for use at school and home will enhance their learning experience by minimizing distractions and support their engagement with digital educational resources. One last thing…. After introducing jigsaw puzzles to my kids, many of them love to do them. It’s something they look forward to coming to school for. I've introduced puzzles as a recreational and educational tool, fostering critical thinking skills while providing an enjoyable break for the students. Through these initiatives, I strive to create an inclusive and enriching learning journey for every 4th grader in my classroom.
