WANTED: An Opportunity to Experience Clay

Help me give my students clay, paint, brushes, and glaze for a memorable clay lesson presented by our student-teacher.

My Project

Ms. Ward is my student-teacher from ETSU. She really wants to offer our high school classes the opportunity to experience clay. She wants to present a lesson that involves both 2D and 3D artistic aspects. First, students will both design and draw an original comic strip. Once the comic strip has been completed, the students will use clay to make a replica of one of the primary characters of the comic strip. Finally, the character will be painted and sealed. We expect this lesson to be very engaging. We need your help! Given our current budget, we cannot afford to purchase the clay or its essential materials. Ms. Ward will only be at our school until March 13. Our need is great but time is small!
