Vertical Surfaces Galore!

Help me give my students vertical surfaces and whiteboard markers to use on them, as well as ink for our classroom printer.

My Project

Over the last year, I have been creating lessons to make my classroom more engaging. Students work through numerous math problems of varying levels of difficulty on vertical surfaces.

It is a bit of a phenomenon that students tend to "talk math" so much more when they are standing up!

With the vertical surfaces, they are forced to work together, think mathematically and explain their thinking to the others in their group. They love to engage with the math and vertical surfaces afford them that opportunity.

Additionally, because I received a printer for students to use in my classroom, I need black ink to keep it up and running. Sometimes they need to print in color and I like to be able to provide that option for them, as well.
