My Project

My students are amazing human beings! They are high school students who attend our magnet program from all over the City of Pittsburgh. Some students catch three public transit busses in the morning, just to make it to school!

This project was designed to support students in various ways.

The cart includes healthy snacks and breakfast options, as many students get to school without having breakfast. It also includes lotions, hair ties, bandages and other necessities that students require through out their school day and year. Lastly, there are several Positive Behavior Reward options (candy, stickers, etc) to increase student engagement and reward amazing behaviors in the classroom!

These items typically come out of pocket, so any donations towards this project are appreciated so much!
