The past two years have been especially difficult for students and teachers alike. With this years implementation of PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports), I wanted to start the year off focusing on the positive and keeping the negative(s) in the past! This project will provide my classroom with disinfectant spray, which will be used to disinfect common areas in between classes and keep us safe. Thinking of late middle school/ high schoolers, I wanted to think of a REAL reward for positivity and one word came to mind: FOOD! Snacks will be used throughout the year to reward students and help create a culture of positivity and respect. I am going to keep it positive all this year!
