Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project will give my students authentic, Spanish, decodable books. These books can be used during group time, reading with a partner, and for take home for further practice. These books are simple yet effective. The pictures have color and are inviting to all readers.

These decodable books will be used to practice decoding Spanish words and to practice reading fluently.

My students will be able to "check out" these books and take them home for further practice. The students can also use them with a reading partner to promote classroom community.
