Celebrating Black History Month

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

3rd grade love holidays, especially Valentines Day. They love handing out and getting valentines from all of their friends. I love Valentine's Day too! I try to incorporate crafts and treats as much as I can since our curriculum is rigorous. Holidays are the perfect time to include a craft.

I would love to have the candies for my students to celebrate Valentine's Day.

I wanted do something special for my students for Valentine's Day to express their gratitude. These Valentine's Day treats and trinkets will be a great way to show our students how Valentine's day is celebrated. The kids stay in their rooms and learn about how valentine's day originated. The teachers read a book and work on a craft with each class. This year I would like to treat my students with candies and crafts.
