My Project

First graders are messy!! From woodchips from the playground, mud, spilled snacks, torn up tisssues, crayon peelings, you name it. Our classroom is constantly filled with messes. It can be really hard to learn in an environment that is not clean, organized, or sanitary. The janitorial staff does what they can, but messes are not always cleaned up in a timely manner, or cleaned up at all.

By having a classroom vacuum, I can quickly and thoroughly clean up classroom messes so we can focus on what matters--learning.

By having this cordless vacuum, I could reach areas under desks, on the rug, and anywhere else I find them as quickly as they are made. I wouldn't have to wait for janitors to clean up, or come into the room the next morning to find that spots were not cleaned and have to get rid of ants or other bugs the messes attract. Having a safe, clean, environment should be top priority.
