This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As I prepare for my first full year teaching first grade, I am excited to create a calm, organized, and welcoming classroom for my students. I believe that when students can easily access materials and understand classroom routines, they become more independent and confident learners.

The storage carts will help keep supplies and student work organized, supporting smooth transitions throughout the day.

Flexible seating cushions will provide comfortable learning spaces, and manipulatives will offer hands-on learning opportunities.

These resources will help create an engaging, structured environment where students can stay focused, follow expectations, and develop a love of learning.
