My Project

We are a large school located in southeast Kansas. We have approximately 1000 students total, many of whom are low-income and disadvantaged. Many of our students do not have the resources to have hands-on learning about the earth or gardening. The garden beds and potting mix will be used to create and maintain a school garden. Students will use the materials and learn about gardening.

The materials will be used by students to learn climate and environment in Kansas.

Students will learn what tools to use and what is required to successfully garden.
