My Project

Students need the proper tools to succeed in the classroom; just doing daily assignments or projects is difficult if you have no tools to do them with. My students often come to class without the supplies to do their classwork or projects. They have a genetics project coming up and they need the materials to draw, measure and color their project and give them a chance to be creative. I usually buy these materials every year but I just can't afford them.

These materials will help them from now to the end of the school year.

They will be able to do many creative drawings for posters and one-pagers to make the content they are learning in science come alive. It has been proven that by using the creative parts of their brain they will be better able to retain the scientific concepts they will be learning. For example, they could just read about a biosystem and how it works, or they could draw it out, feel how it works and connect with it so that it isn't just an abstract concept.
