This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The College Board has given more opportunities to high school students to earn college credit by introducing a Precalculus course. Graphing calculators are an essential part of the learning process. It allows the students to visualize concepts and help them formulate conceptual understanding.

Graphing calculators bring functions to life by enabling students to explore connections across multiple representations and gain knowledge.

Students will maneuver among tabular, graphical, and algebraic forms. Giving students another avenue to explore and make relationships will empower them to find success in the advance placement examination at the end of the school year.

By using the TI 84 Plus CE graphing calculator the lessons will become more interactive and engaging for the students. Rational functions, polynomial functions, and trigonometric functions are among the many functions that will be explored and studied.

Help me give my students this powerful resource to be able to find success in the classroom.
