My Project

I am a Behavioral Interventionist and work with students in preschool through grade 5 that need behavioral supports to be successful in the classroom. I spend time working with small groups (2-4 students) on social skills as well as provide opportunities for practical practice through game playing, role playing, and other group activities. We spend time learning conversational skills, coping skills, how to identify different emotions, and practice classroom expectations. These games, fidgets, and other tools will be used in social skills groups as well as to help students within their regular education classroom. It is my goal to help all students be successful in the their classrooms!
