This is going to be a new and exciting year! We have the honor of having a Kinesthetic classroom. Our classroom will be equipped with furniture that has pedal bikes and swivel seats for those learners that like to move. We will also have balance boards and stability balls. With all this wonderful new furniture, all I can vision is my classroom full of kids learning in a new and exciting way. I want to make sure my room is ready for all my new wonderful explorers that are about to walk into my room.
The students at my school are simply amazing.
Every year I have a classroom full of students that are ready to learn. I love to see their enthusiasm they have when they learn something new. I strive to make sure every student is successful.
I look forward to an amazing 2016-2017 school year.
My Project
We are working on reading comprehension. With these books we will be able to do a chapter book study. The students will be doing a read aloud and then working with partners to answer questions to go along with the book.
We love to dive into books!
With these books we will be able to work on our written comprehension skills in our classroom. A big push this year is for the students to be able to do written comprehension with a lot of details, and with each group being able to have their own book this will help them in this skill.
