My Project

Watching my students grow—academically, socially, and emotionally—is incredibly rewarding. They arrive eager to learn, excited to share their stories, and proud of even the smallest accomplishments. I want them to have all the resources they need to be successful.

When my students use computers, they are often practicing important skills such as listening, following directions, letter sounds, early reading, and math concepts.

Headphones help them focus on their own learning without being distracted by surrounding noise. At this age, it can be difficult for children to tune out other sounds, and headphones allow them to fully engage with lessons at their own pace. This helps reduce frustration and builds confidence as they work independently.

Providing headphones also supports a calmer and more respectful classroom environment. Students can concentrate without disturbing others, and it allows multiple learning activities to happen at the same time. Most importantly, headphones help ensure that each child has equal access to the learning tools they need to succeed. Because I care deeply about my kindergarten students and their growth, I want to give them every opportunity to learn in a way that is comfortable, focused, and supportive.
