My Project

Students come to the library looking for something new, fun, and hands-on. I want to build a collection of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) children’s books that fosters student thinking, design, and exploration. Access to quality STEM books helps students deepen their understanding and make connections across subject areas. I will use these materials for classroom read alouds, in learning centers, or books that students can read independently. With these books, students will develop a love for STEM and reading! You will help increase student motivation and academic achievement by donating to my project.
