This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My high school sports medicine students strive to learn from real-world situations and experiences in our exercise lab. Living in a low-income neighborhood they have challenges based on a lack of exposure to the appropriate technology. They are constantly telling me “It would be easier to learn if we had equipment to use." They are excited to learn and motivated to be successful. Help brighten the future of these already bright students by giving them access to needed technology.

The addition of these TV carts will allow us to mount two TVs we currently have that we are unable to mount to the walls.

The addition of this equipment will allow students to visually see presented resources during class, expanding their learning experiences and increasing their ability to be successful.
