Cash handling is an important skill in the business world. Within the student run campus print shop students practice real world skills. From the production of school apparal, marketing of the print shop, and student-employee management the students are exposed to many business skills. The addition of this cash register will allow us to expand the learning experience that these future entrepreneurs will need to be successful. By funding this project each student will have the opportunity to rotate through a cashier experience to include balancing, cash handling, customer service, and customer interaction skills that are fundamental in the operation of a business.

About my class
