Help me give my students the opportunity to use an iPad for language activities. Many of my students are working on answering /wh/ questions after reading a narrative or watching a video. An iPad would be awesome!

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
I am a Speech/Language Pathologist at two elementary schools. I love my job because I get to work with great students from preschool to 6th grade. Many of my students have severe communication needs. Some of them are nonverbal. I also work with students with pragmatic language needs, others with specific sound disorders, and still others who are dysfluent. There is a wide range of disabilities in the group. That is what makes every day so exciting! Each student is different and needs different tasks, motivation, and reinforcement.
I love helping my students become better at communicating, no matter their level.
Their communication abilities are so closely linked to their success in the classroom. I love finding different ways to motivate them and help them learn, sometimes when they are not even aware that they are learning!
My Project
An iPad in our classroom would be used many different ways. First of all, many of my students have goals on their IEPs which involve listening to a story or watching a video, and answering /wh/ questions about that story. An iPad would help facilitate these videos.
Videos capture the student's attention and are an excellent way to access many activities that are available.
These videos can be used to spark interactive activities, questions, writing more stories, etc.
An iPad also allows the students to practice concepts/articulation, etc. on their own during their speech session.
