Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My school is located in the Las Vegas area which is majority Hispanic. My students are amazing and hard working during practice. All of them want to achieve, but many face barriers to academic success, including challenges outside of the school setting.

A positive thing that many of our students share is a love of learning and pride in our school!

My goal is to help all of our students achieve success. Not just in school, but also in life. Preparing them to enter a global community and become productive members of society is our primary goal.

Preparing students for the competitive soccer season in high school is never easy, but we face a few more obstacles than most. We need an Apple Watch to track my students fitness. Many professional athletic they rely on these kinds of tools.

We are usually racing the clock, trying to train our kids only days before our season. We are writing this project to get an Apple Watch that can be used between practices and the season to help our kiddos improve their fitness and prepare for the season.
