Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The students I teach are academically gifted or high-achieving learners who attend Title I schools. They are excited about the world around them and how it works. They are from diverse backgrounds but are all eager and fast learners.

I want them to have the opportunities they need to learn and grow.

Despite so many hardships, my students are eager to learn and do their best. They want to be in school because they want to learn all they can so they can be successful one day.

My Project

Through this project I want to build up my digital resources for my students. My students love to read! They love learning and experiencing adventures through the books they read. They need additional hands on materials to use.

Students can learn and grow in any environment.

My students enjoy reading a variety of novels. In my class I use novels that interest my students and that they can connect with on different levels. These materials will connect to the novels we use in the classroom.

These materials will bring my students adventure and also help them develop further as readers and increase their critical thinking. They are just what my students need to grow!
