My Students

I am a teacher in a low-income/high-poverty school district in Pittsburgh, PA. My students are faced with challenges both in and out of the classroom. Although they have many struggles, they do thrive in our classroom.

My students enjoy being in a safe and educational environment.

I want them to believe in themselves! Since they are all low income, they receive free breakfast and lunch daily. All of the children are ages 3-5 years and come to school for a 6-hour day. They are greeted daily with a positive attitude and a loving environment.

I hope to make a positive impact on their lives and hope to watch them succeed as they grow and move on to other classes. They deserve to have great experiences and know they can become successful every day in and out of school.

My Project

Please help my students gain new ideas from educators all over the United States. Teachers Pay Teachers is such an amazing resource for all teachers and all students. These ideas come from veteran teachers who have taught students of all abilities. These amazing resources can help students and teachers like myself come up with new and creative ways of teaching basic subjects. I love learning from different teachers and educators and change my perspective on many teaching methods. The new projects and materials help my kids in so many different ways and help them reach their goals.
