Help me give my students a classroom color printer! The Teacher Academy is a program growing future educators and the color printer would help them create meaningful lessons, activities, and portfolios that they can be proud of.

My Project

The Teacher Academy of Maryland is a program for high schools students to become future educators. Our students are enrolled in a 3 year program with an internship in real classrooms their senior year, where they teach alongside their teacher-mentor. These students work hard to prepare themselves for their passion as future educators. They compile a college-level portfolio over the 3-year program and have the ability of earning 3 college credits at the conclusion of their senior year.

Having a color printer in our room would be most beneficial for these students, future educators, to set the bar high for their projects and portfolio.

It will allow them to prepare exciting lessons and activities for their students during their internship as well.
