My Project

One of the things I love most about our students is their resilience, creativity, and potential. Every day, our students overcome challenges both inside and outside of school, yet they continue to show determination and a desire to succeed. Many students struggle with attendance and tardiness, which can negatively impact academic achievement and school connectedness. By providing engaging incentives such as a Nintendo Switch 2 and PlayStation 5, we can motivate students to arrive to class on time and build positive attendance habits. These resources will serve as meaningful rewards that encourage responsibility, improve school culture, and increase student engagement. As students develop consistent attendance habits, they will spend more instructional time in class, resulting in stronger academic performance, improved relationships with teachers, and greater opportunities for future success.
